A: PCI stands for Payment Card Industry, and DSS stands for Data Security Standard. PCI DSS certification or compliance is required only if your website or portal processes credit card payments. If you are not maintaining an online payment portal, PCI DSS is not required. Any company accepting online payments must first register with a credit card payment gateway. In such cases, the payment gateway provider can often offer PCI DSS certification/compliance free of cost.

QCan I Get IATA TIDS Free of Cost?

A: Yes, IATA TIDS (Travel Industry Designator Service) is completely free. It is a unique number that gives discounts, recognition, and other benefits to travel agents from airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers. To get IATA TIDS, you need to submit your company registration proof and a recommendation letter from any airline, hotel, GDS (Galileo/Amadeus), or IATA Travel Agency. No course or certification is required. Getting the recommendation letter is easy for those with industry contacts, but for others, it can be like finding a needle in a haystack! Giving a recommendation letter is like taking responsibility for someone. Considering this, we do not provide recommendation letters as part of any course. A recommendation letter can only be earned by gaining the trust of us or any travel industry brand

However, not everyone gets it free — it depends on the GDS company and the applying companyNew travel agencies are often charged around Rs. 5000 as a one-time fee, which is not annual or monthlyWe do not guarantee that you will get GDS or get it free, but we can guide and teach how to obtain it, from where to apply, and how to use it effectively
